@Edinburgh_CC does anyone plan roadworks at the council? Kirkliston has temporary traffic lights yet again and Lochend Rd is closed at the same time. Over an hour to travel <2 miles because you lot don’t think twice about the misery you inflict on the public.

@donatretif I’ve been waiting 7 months for a refund from @loveholidays. Apparently customer services can’t handle complaints (I’ve tried many times). Pretty sure a business has to offer a complaints process... Pls can I get my money back?

@flybe new year same old awful service from FlyMaybe. 0635 Edinburgh to London City. On the plane 20 minutes, captain chirps up for the first time ‘we have a slot 25 minutes from now’. Oh good. Just an hour late then. Again.

@flybe BE1342 - I know the delay isn’t your personal fault but surely you should have be able to work out the flight number. There’s only one or two flights to Edinburgh from City... the one that is 2.5 hours delayed is mine.
