@transavia 2/2 so we are now,2 days later in the same clothes,without medications,toiletries,clothes(i could go on),on our trip of lifetime,having a torrid time because YOU cannot get our bag to us, even when you know there the bag is IN PARIS. Words fail me to be honest.....

Hi @transavia I am currently at Disney Paris with my wife and 4 children(since yesterday morning 6th Jan)and still have no luggage! Flew from Dublin to Orly 7.45am yesterday. Submitted numerous reports but to no avail.Please update as our experience is being seriously affected.

@transavia Another day and no luggage. We located bag,via OWN devices,in Dublin Airport and despite them being totally unhelpful,the bag was flown to Paris(CDG) but Transavia(Derby),after countless calls from us(unhelpful and quite abrasive service) would not transfer bag to hotel. 1/2
