@bennpeifert The bigger crime here is looking at national averages. The concern isn't the national trend, it's how it impacts communities where outbreaks happen and what the local vaccination rate looks like at the time.
@pranavvk@macrocephalopod Do you though? In what ways and to what extent? I would need to see a lot of evidence that incentives for farmers are universally good. It seems that just looking at this policy and what the actual impacts would be is a good start.
