Congratulations to Chattooga’s Kendra Heroch. In a State tournament with NO classifications, Heroch becomes the State Runner Up for 2024. #GirlWrestler#GeorgiaWrestling
@ColinDeaverTV The SEC means more??? 10-31 loss for Auburn… to who??? This QB toss only went 2 yards, but those bird tigers sure didn’t like the humiliation!
@BTdawgs52@PaulCavin22@NwGaFootball There are less than 50 players on the Darlington roster. They aren’t turning away players. They are barely fielding a JV squad. They are well-coached, big, fast, and physical. Private schools shouldn’t compete with public schools but they are stuck abiding by the same rules now.
@BTdawgs52@NwGaFootball Darlington doesn’t offer ANY scholarship money based on athletic performance. Zero. Recruiting by parents happens at EVERY school in the state of Georgia. Some more effectively than others.
A lackluster Chattooga team manages just enough offense to squeak past Dade County, 58-55, and into the Region Championship Game. Tip off at 8:30 pm with the Indians facing the Blue Devils.
After leading late in the 3rd, a strong Coosa team fades against the late surge of the Model Blue Devils. @ModelHoops advances, with a 58-48 victory, to the Region7AA Finals to take on the winner of Chattooga vs Dade.
Survive and advance. @ModelHoops defeats Coosa 58-48 and will play in Region 7AA Championship Friday at 8:30pm vs Chatttooga or Dade. @KyleSandy355@Region7Aa
While unable to compete during his senior year, Bremen coaches agreed to allow Fannin to put Davis in the game for 3 snaps during their loss to the Rebels AND named Davis their Player of the Game.
The Bremen Blue Devils lost their game against Fannin County last season, but they gained a lot of fans when they named Fannin’s own Jackson Davis as their Player of the Game. @chadmcheatham gives the POG plaque to Davis during the Rebel Banquet.@Fannincountyfb@GATABHSdevils
Davis played RB/LB as a junior and averaged 3.5 ypc with 2 TDs in 2 games, before a traumatic brain injury sidelined him for his senior year. Region POY Seth Reece wore #23 to honor Davis during his senior campaign.
Region 7AA’s Defensive POY will be suiting up with the swarm of Emory&Henry @EHCFootball. @Rowan_Burdick was a devastating hitter for @CHS_TribePride and is a key recruit for the Wasps as they play their first season of D2 football.
From Dragons to Vikings, the versatile back from Pepperell, @_jonshields, will be taking his talents to the largest college campus in the world, @BerryFootball .
All-time leading rusher for Chattooga takes his talents to the Saluki’s of Southern Illinois. @lashaunlester7 could be explosive behind a big O-line and make an early impact for @SIU_Football

@Lashaunlester7 left Chattooga as all-time leader in career rushing yards (4,483) and career rushing touchdowns (52) … 2019 Region 7AA Offensive Player of the Year. https://t.co/3GOAQGqbfp
How did you gather over a dozen offers when you aren’t 6’ tall? The 4.0 and 28 ACT are WAY more eye-popping than the 500+ squat and 365 bench. Academic numbers like those will ALWAYS pull some notice! @EthanHendrix19
More post-season recognition for Region7AA players as Dade County’s @CodyWilliams_20 and Chattooga’s @Rowan_Burdick are both named to the @ScenicCitySprts 2nd Team Defense. Covering the south TN and NW GA area schools of all sizes.
