A transparent process creates predictable outcomes.
We don’t believe in black boxes.
We believe in visibility.
Every shipment.
Every SKU.
Every decision.
When partners can see the process, they have confidence in the outcome.
That’s why Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 retailers and OEMs trust Registix to execute their liquidation programs.
What you can see, you can optimize.
Better visibility → Better decisions → Better execution → Better recovery.

One of the most expensive assets on a balance sheet is non-productive inventory.
Every day it sits, it ties up working capital, consumes warehouse space, and absorbs labor, freight, and infrastructure costs.
The hard decisions will be made eventually.
The question is whether they’re made while value still exists.
The best operators identify non-productive inventory early and redeploy that capital into inventory that performs.
The rest wait, hoping demand returns.
Hope is rarely a recovery strategy.

Registix is pleased to announce the appointment of Neal Shelton as Senior Vice President of Business Development & Partnerships.
Neal will lead vendor and retailer partnership strategy across Registix’s reverse logistics, wholesale, and direct channels, with a focus on scaling programs for national brands and retailers across the home and hardlines ecosystem.

Most liquidation strategies are built to chase clean returns and scratch‑and‑dent while salvage is treated like a problem to get rid of.
Registix is built on the opposite belief: start where everyone else stalls.
We help national home improvement retailers and OEMs redesign how salvage and returns work together. Instead of treating salvage as trash and returns as a burden, we build structured programs that make returns a more desirable buy. Buyers aren’t just getting “nice” product, they’re getting a parts, service, and labor engine built into the mix.
Here’s what happens when you stop isolating salvage and returns:
- Returns become more attractive because they’re paired with real parts value.
- Salvage stops being a disposal problem and becomes inventory for service and repair.
- Recovery dollars lift across the portfolio, not just on a few clean SKUs.
Most people try to protect the easy categories and ignore the hard ones. We design programs that start with the hard categories and use them to make the easy ones even more valuable.
The Registix DNA has always been major appliances. Salvage and returns are where that DNA shows up in the results.
If your returns and salvage are still treated as “problems” instead of designed channels, it’s time to rethink the program, not just the buyer list.
It’s time to partner with the experts.

When companies strip out every desirable SKU before going to the liquidation market, buyers notice.
Confidence erodes. Competition fades. Bidding softens.
The remaining inventory becomes harder to move, not because the products lack value, but because the opportunity no longer stands out.
The best buyers aren’t evaluating one refrigerator, one mower, or one tool. They’re evaluating the entire opportunity. Every truckload tells a story, and premium inventory sets the tone for everything behind it.
In major appliances, laundry is often the category that defines the truck. When buyers see quality laundry in the mix, they’re more willing to compete for everything that comes with it.
That’s why the strongest recovery programs don’t hide their best products. They deploy them with purpose.
The right marquee SKUs create momentum. They attract stronger buyers, build confidence in the loads, and support healthier pricing across the mix.
The objective isn’t to extract every last dollar from a handful of premium SKUs. It’s about maximizing the value of the entire truck and creating a program that buyers want to come back for.
That’s how you build stronger recovery, move more inventory, and create a marketplace buyers want to chase.

Outdoor power equipment season is in full swing.
That means obsolete inventory, customer returns, and damaged product are sitting in the perfect position to recover meaningful dollars before the season shifts. Because in reverse logistics, time is margin.
The right disposition strategy today turns aging inventory into recovered cash before demand softens and carrying costs increase.
The organizations that move first recover cost. The organizations that wait absorb it.
It's no secret inventory does not improve with age.
Partner with a team that understands home improvement returns better than anyone else.
