🇮🇳 Indian police boarded a passenger plane in Delhi to arrest Abhijeet Dipke, leader of the anti-government “Cockroach” movement, before he could attend a protest.

🇷🇺🇮🇷 Russia is publicly warning Iran NOT to abandon the nuclear treaty...

The Kremlin says it doesn't want Tehran to withdraw from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, calling the NPT a cornerstone of the global non-proliferation system and urging Iran to remain a “responsible” member.

The warning comes as Iran’s parliament considers an urgent proposal to withdraw from the treaty, with pressure to leave growing among Iranian lawmakers and former officials.

The narrow passage between Oman’s Musandam Peninsula and Jazirat island may shave a few nautical miles off the journey for large oil tankers, but it does not take them out of Iran’s strike range.

Zoom out and the problem becomes obvious: ships would still have to cross waters exposed to Iranian missiles and drones long before reaching the supposed “safe corridor.”
