क्यों न लोकसभा चुनावों के ढाई वर्ष बाद सारी विधानसभाओं के चुनाव एक साथ हों? इससे सत्ता पक्ष को पाँच वर्ष में दो बार उत्तर देना होगा, चाहे वो केन्द्र में रहें या राज्य में। यह आपत्ति भी समाप्त हो जाएगी कि एक साथ चुनाव होने से क्षेत्रीय दलों की उपयोगिता, राष्ट्रीय पार्टियों के धन-संसाधनों के सामने खत्म हो जाएगी।
