Our attention is scarcity. At Snowflake dev day, I saw something interesting.

Speakers with “LITTLE background in AI firm” are sharing how AI will shift organizations. While others who are in the tech firm under the AI paradigm shift are audiences, but keep shaking heads with DISAGREEMENTS. Then comes my thought:

From a AI Video creator tool PM perspective, here are my comments on the Omni model from Google today:

ne of the hardest problems has always been that text prompts cannot fully describe how the real world should behave.

Creators can describe a scene, a style, or a character, but it is very hard to precisely describe gravity, motion, force, biology, fluid dynamics, object interaction, and narrative causality in words.

Gemini Omni tries to solve a cognitive layer problem inside the model: giving video generation a stronger sense of real-world logic.

However, creator tool product competitiveness will be not affected.

Tools still matter a lot for workflow, control, editing, asset management, iteration, team collaboration, and production pipelines.

Omni improves the model’s understanding layer. Creator tools can build on top of that and turn stronger world logic into better creative workflows.

AI video is getting closer to a world-aware creation engine.

product development is moving to external GTM loops.
More ideas will be prototyped by PM, growth, sales, and users directly.

more iteration will happen through PLG.
more customization will come from real user workflows.

I believe next time, we shall deliver a product that user can edit and deploy into our end. :)

@scotthannen You don’t need to programming with code if you try some AI game creator tool. I would suggest using RPGGO, they are recruiting writers to sign up for early free access, building text based game with AI through simple texts as writing a story
