第一次参加 Web3 线下活动，没想到短短几天，竟然能有这么多值得记录的瞬间。新加坡之行结束了，但感觉自己还沉浸在 TOKEN2049 的氛围里，真的收获超级超级大！🇸🇬

从接到要来 TOKEN2049 的通知开始，我就一直处于一种既紧张又期待的状态。

从活动前准备各种物料，遇上满嘴跑火车的供应商，再到最后把整整 150 斤物料人肉背到新加坡…都是痛并快乐的回忆。

还没正式开始跑会，就已经被狠狠上了一课哈哈哈哈。

也是在这个过程中，我第一次这么直观地感受到，Web3 真的是一个需要激情、耐心、执行力和责任心的行业。很多事情看起来简单，但真正落地时，才发现每一个细节都需要有人去认真负责。

❤️首先首先！还是要感谢 NeoSoul 给我这次学习和成长的机会！

其实作为一个 INFJ，我是一个有点慢热、也有点内向的人。第一次参加这么大型的行业活动，面对这么多陌生的人和场合，说完全不紧张肯定是假的。🥲🥲

但是我们团队的小伙伴们真的特别特别好！

热情开朗的 Rhea 很快就让我卸下了心理包袱，感觉不管在什么场合，她都能很自然地融入进去，也会带动身边的人一起开心。

Kobe 老师就更不用说了，简直是行走的气氛组！超级大 E 人，但是在活跃气氛的同时，又能很细腻地观察到每个人的状态。

Hans 老师我要给出满分好评哈哈哈哈哈哈！不仅在工作上给予了我很多信任、支持和鼓励，也让我学到了很多处理问题的方式。很多时候，一句肯定就足以让一个刚刚接触新领域的人多出很多勇气，真的非常感谢！

Kei 老师则是一个反差感很强的人，平时相处很有意思，但是一进入工作状态就特别认真严谨，让我印象很深刻。

还有这次见到的其他团队小伙伴们，真的很开心终于和大家在线下见面了！

一群每天在线上开早会、讨论工作、相互配合的人，突然有一天真的坐在了同一张桌子前，一起吃饭、聊天、工作，这种感觉非常奇妙。大家来自不同的地方，有着不同的成长背景和经历，但现在因为同一个目标聚在一起。

NeoSoul 最打动我的地方，不仅仅是团队的专业能力，更是大家身上那种真正相信自己正在做的事情、并且愿意为之付出行动的热情。

能够加入这样的团队，真的很幸运。

🌍再来说说这几天的跑会经历！

第一次参加 TOKEN2049，我对一切都充满了好奇。

从各种 Side Events，到 TOKEN2049 主会场，从不同项目方举办的活动，到和各个社区、Builder、KOL 的线下交流，每一天都能接触到新的东西。

很多原本只存在于屏幕里的名字，突然就变成了一个个真实的人。我可以面对面听他们介绍自己的产品，听他们分享为什么进入 Web3、正在做什么、未来又想做成什么。

有的人已经在这个行业深耕了很多年，有的人和我一样，还处在不断探索的阶段。但大家聊起自己热爱的事情时，眼睛真的会发光。

作为一个之前更多接触社区运营的人，这几天也让我开始尝试跳出自己的工作视角，去理解产品、市场、用户和行业之间的关系。

尤其是当真正站在线下，向别人介绍 NeoSoul，邀请大家了解和体验我们的产品时，我才更深刻地意识到，做好社区绝不仅仅是维护聊天氛围、策划几场活动这么简单。而是需要真正理解自己所做的产品，知道它为什么有价值，也需要学会倾听用户，理解他们到底在关注什么。

在这个大家习惯了隔着屏幕交流的行业里，能够面对面认识彼此，本身就是一件值得珍重的事情。

👯这几天还认识了很多很多新朋友。

有些人可能只是匆匆聊了几句，有些人却意外地特别投缘。明明大家之前完全不认识，却可以因为 Web3 这个共同话题，很快找到聊天的切入点。

🌱当然，这几天除了收获，也让我更加清楚地认识到了自己的不足。

无论是对行业的理解、产品知识、英文交流能力，还是活动统筹、沟通协调和临场应变，还有体力精力，我都还有很大的进步空间。🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️

尤其是现在承担了更多社区的工作，我也开始意识到，自己需要从过去单纯关注一件事情有没有完成，慢慢转变为思考怎样才能做得更好、怎样能够帮助团队创造更多价值。

说实话，作为一个还在读大学、刚刚开始探索职业方向的人，我之前也会有很多犹豫和不确定。会想自己究竟适不适合这个行业，未来又应该走向哪里。

但是这次 TOKEN2049，让我更加确定，Web3 是我未来想要继续探索、认真深耕的方向。

最后还是想认真感谢 NeoSoul，感谢每一位愿意信任我、帮助我、包容我不足的团队伙伴，也感谢这几天遇见的每一位新朋友。

🥹第一次跑会，有紧张，有手忙脚乱，有很多意料之外的小插曲，但更多的是开心、感动和收获。

成长可能就是从一开始的紧张忐忑，到慢慢有勇气站在人群里，主动介绍自己，说一句：Hi, I’m Molly from NeoSoul!

希望下一次再见面的时候，我能比现在更自信、更专业，也更从容。

Hi, I’m Molly.

I started my Web3 journey at Exchange, where I first got hands-on experience with community operations and learned how much a strong community can shape the relationship between a project and its users.

I later joined NeoSoul, starting from day-to-day community operations and gradually taking on more responsibilities across Telegram, Discord, X, community campaigns, KOC programs, contributor coordination, and offline events.

Today, I oversee NeoSoul’s overall community operations, working across different communities and coordinating moderators, campaigns, contributors, and community feedback while staying closely connected with our product, marketing, and BD teams.

What I enjoy most about community work is that it sits right between people and the product. You get to hear what users actually think, understand what makes them stay, and turn those conversations into something meaningful for both the community and the team.
