NEW: A federal judge has ordered the release of hundreds of people detained by ICE and CBP in the Chicago area over the past few months, no later than noon on Friday.

ICE and CBP recently produced a list of 3,300 people arrested since June.

The vast majority of those arrested had no criminal history or prior removal orders, according to the plaintiffs.
