@ElisaMarie__ @starcasm He’s not trying to take Wes away. He wants his son to have rights to his baby. Otherwise at any time Bella or Falen can stop visitation at any time in the future and Hunter will have to fight this in court still. It’s better to make sure his son gets rights.

Casey Johnson has reportedly won full custody of his son, 14-year-old #Unexpected dad Hunter Johnson.

There was an emergency hearing in Crawford Circuit Court earlier today, but the ARCourt website updated the docket by stating the hearing was held - no additional information was provided.

Michitalkstv has been speaking with sources close to the families over the past few months, and she just revealed the outcome of the hearing and why there was no information posted publicly.

"It’s over," Michi captioned a Facebook video post. "Hunter’s dad has officially won full custody."

Hunter's mom Stacie Riddle "was not happy," Michi added in the actual video. "The other thing I'm going to say is that there may be more charges coming."

In regards to why there was no information posted on the ARCourts website, Michi says "the case is now considered high profile and will be sealed moving forward."

Meanwhile, the custody battle for Hunter's son Wesley is still ongoing. As part of that case, a judge ordered Hunter to take a paternity test to establish paternity yesterday.

In case you missed it, Hunter's dad is seeking custody of Wesley too. He sued Bella's mom Falen Vaughn early last month. It seems likely that case will be sealed soon as well, if it hasn't been already.
