The tech made me sign a piece of paper that apparently said I would pay for this test I didn't ask for and clearly said I didn't need. As a 50-year customer of Quest, I hope they will resolve this. @TestwithQuest

I went to Quest to get a blood test. The tech insisted I take a urine test. I told her it wasn't necessary--my doctor didn't request it. Only after she made me do it, she said there was a $60 charge, but I could "take it up with Medicare." @TestwithQuest

@DouthatNYT If you are curious about NXIVM you should check out the far superior documentary "Seduced: Inside the NXIVM Cult," which was made for STARZ. The HBO series doesn't mention that filmmaker Noujaim took classes at NXIVM. That's how she met people.

My problem with my @YouTube account is that my Adsense Account is Business. I can't provide the tax docs because my business is closed. I need to cancel my Biz Adsense acct & and set up a personal acct. But Adsense won't let me close the Biz account without the Biz docs. Help!
