He will get a ticket. The @delta employee then tells him he needs to calm down. He’s explaining to her that he wants to be with his family. Griselda then apologizes on the customer’s behalf, not her own, for being agitated and loud.

I’m so disappointed in @delta for the inconvenience of changing the gate at the last minute. I am even more disappointed at the representation of @delta through these 2 disrespectful, unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate behaviors of the @delta employees.

Her sidekick, not sure of her name because she covered her @Delta name badge and told me it was none of my business what her name was because she doesn’t need any co-signers, AFTER she yelled at this man, who only wanted to be with his family.

He asked the @Delta employee, Griselda, if she could allow him to go with his wife and family. She tells him to wait because she can’t send him outside with them. He is obviously becoming agitated and she continues to tell him he can go outside BUT

So I’m trying to catch my @Delta flight and they changed the gate at the last minute. They send us to the lower level to board a shuttle. This man is separated from his wife and daughter, who is in a wheelchair.

I do have trouble hearing BUT I can hear the important stuff. For example- if you tell me you're going to your cousin's house I heard cousin and house, no biggie. If you tell me you're going to your cousin's house and your ex will be there then I heard EVERYTHING you said.
