これは思想・信教の自由に対する深刻な脅威であり、再び過去の過ちを繰り返す危険があると強い警鐘を鳴らしている。

著者のマッシモ・イントロヴィーニェ氏は、かつて学界・法曹界で否定された「洗脳理論」が、近年新たな名前と形で復活していると指摘している。

復活の3つの経路:
<強制的統制（Coercive Control）の拡大>
家庭内DVの概念を宗教団体に無理やり当てはめ、信者の自主性を否定しようとする動き。

<「霊的虐待（Spiritual Abuse）」の司法化>
最初は教会内の牧会的問題だったものが、心理的外傷として拡大・法的に利用されるように変化。
日本：統一教会解散で活用され、国連からも人権侵害と批判。
韓国：李在明政権下で新宗教・保守教会への締め付けに利用。

曖昧すぎて、通常の宗教教育や教えまで犯罪化する危険性大。

<人身売買法の悪用>
人身売買の法律を悪用し、「心理的な強制や操作」を「強制労働」に言い換えて宗教団体を攻撃する手法。
脱会屋のSteven Hassanらが積極的に推進してきた。

BREAKING: Today, prosecutors in South Korea asked the court to sentence Dr. Hak Ja Han to what, at age 83, would effectively amount to the rest of her life in prison.

That recommendation is not the court's verdict. The judges will issue their decision on August 31.

What struck me most today, however, was not the prosecution's request.

It was True Mother's own words.

After decades spent traveling the world advocating peace, reconciliation, and one family under God, she stood before the court and said:

"I have dedicated my entire life to realizing world peace for humanity. I do not seek power through wealth."

She did not speak about revenge. She did not attack her prosecutors or condemn Korea.

She spoke about attending Heavenly Parent, ending war, and leaving a better world for future generations.

Whatever one's opinion of this case, every democracy is ultimately measured not by how it treats the popular, but by how faithfully it upholds due process, fairness, and human dignity when they matter most.

The legal process is not over. The court has yet to rule.
Until then, I will continue praying for truth, for justice, for Korea, and for peace.

勝共連合の渡邊芳雄会長が7月8日に高田馬場駅で街頭演説。

中国で7月1日に施行された「民族団結進歩促進法」の第63条には、

「国外の組織・個人が、中華人民共和国に対して民族団結進歩を破壊し、民族分裂を招く行為をした場合、法に基づき法的責任を追及する」

とあり、域外適用が明記されています。

日本国内で中国の民族政策や「覇権主義はおかしい」と批判するようなSNS投稿が、中国側に「民族分裂を扇動した」と判断されれば、入国時に拘束されるリスクが生じます。

欧米諸国が懸念を表明する中、日本政府は未だ公式に抗議を行っていません。

僕は旧統一教会の二世です。
だからこそ、勝共連合や教団関連の「反共・国防」の主張が「レッテル貼り」で一蹴される風潮に疑問を感じています。

宗教や立場の違いを超えて、この中国の「見えない脅威」に向き合うべきではないでしょうか。

Impeachment Petition Against President Lee Jae-myung Surpasses 500,000 Signatures in Just 2 Weeks.

The impeachment petition against President Lee, started on June 26, surpassed 503,905 signatures by the morning of July 9.

The President, as head of state under popular sovereignty, must uphold the Constitution and govern with neutrality.

However, President Lee Jae-myung is serving while being a defendant in major criminal cases such as Daejang-dong, Baekhyeon-dong, and Ssangbangul.

This constitutes clear grounds for impeachment under Article 65 of the Constitution.

Due to judicial risks involving power-type corruption suspicions, deepening national division, damage to the separation of powers, and the loss of public trust, the constitutional order is severely undermined.

Therefore, the petitioner strongly urges the National Assembly to initiate impeachment proceedings against President Lee Jae-myung and the Constitutional Court to conduct a rigorous review to safeguard the constitutional order.
