How you treat your students nearly always says more about you than it does about them.
Even when they act out or lash out, keep your cool and don’t take it personally.
Always strive to preserve the dignity of each child in your care. Be a champion for each one.
Every disappointment is not a bad thing. Every person that walks away is not a mistake. God knows we wouldn’t move forward without a push. He loves you too much to let you miss your destiny. You have too much potential to get stuck where you are.
Quit losing sleep over something that God ordained. He may not have sent it, but He controls the universe. Nothing can happen without His permission. If it happened, don’t get bitter, don’t try to figure it out. Stay in faith.
The disappointments, the people that did you wrong, are not the end. The enemy would love to convince you to live discouraged, not pursing your dreams, thinking it’s never going to work out. Don’t believe those lies. It’s setting you up for new levels of your destiny.
This Advent, make yourself small, make yourself humble, make yourself a servant of others, and the Lord will give you the ability to understand how to make peace. #SantaMarta
Failure does not define you. It is your reaction to failure that defines your character. Our students must understand that failure is often a necessary step on the ladder to success #strugglingislearning
It's so easy to engage in negative rhetoric, but you're better than that...put your energy into being positive, finding the good in others and you'll find it amazing how much sunshine is in your life #RoadToAwesome#JoyfulLeaders
