#cse252googbomb in response to con 1's opening statement, how on Earth would one go about suing those that Google bombed? Couldn't the company suing Google also be a result of how daunting of a task it would be to find those that did the Google bombing?
@ChenLinkin#cse252schlpriv that's assuming students would use these resources. True, having the resources makes it more likely that these individuals would seek out help, but they still need to take that first step.
@LiangtingC On top of this, there could be nothing on social media, in addition to misleading and fake information on social media. Since monitoring is reactive in nature, and requires there to be something there, what if someone decides to stay off of social media? Or not post something?
#cse252schlpriv in response to pro 2's opening statement, how would it be possible to not disrupt students during class? Sure, we can monitor social media, but that student would still get pulled out of classes to be talked with by a counselor or something similar.
