An FIR has been registered against the General Sales Manager of Johnson & Johnson, Susheel Shukla (50) by the Vartak Nagar Police in Thane for allegedly molesting a 41-year-old woman employee of his company. Anticipatory bail of the accused was rejected by the Honorable Court, and the accused is currently absconding. The incident took place at Fortune Hotel, Viviana Mall, Thane West, where the accused reportedly asked the complainant to come to a room, promising her 'a lot of fun.' He is also alleged to have threatened her with serious consequences if she did not reach the room within 30 minutes. The complainant objected to this suggestion and lodged a complaint with the Vartak Nagar Police.

Pathetic service exemplified by @RenaultIndia @RenaultIndiaPR - guys, be warned before taking any car or services from their dealer Benchmark Motors. If you expect them to be professional, they will do damages to your vehicle intentionally.

Unfortunately, as I was informed through SMS, the service advisor, Rohan Kadge did not commence any work until 03rd Sep 2021. After my follow up, he initiated the work only on 03rd Sep 2021 as no expected service cost or expected delivery date was communicated till that time.

Nevertheless, it is very interesting to observe that a) No expected bill amount was communicated (Until 09th Sep) b) No expected delivery date was communicated (No SLA or TAT).

Till today, the vehicle was not delivered. To my surprise, it was informed to me on 09th that the key was stuck in key placeholder of the car and that we need to replace or repair.

Even till today, there is no expected date of delivery or work done status communicated to me. On 07th Sep, after my follow up, I was told that the work is done and vehicle is in cleaning/washing. Interestingly, no vehicle can be washed for such a long time.
