NAIROBI, KENYA.
A MESSAGE TO OUR SECURITY AGENCIES.
I have been a member of the security forces in Kenya, and I speak as a disappointed Kenyan. KDF, NIS & DCI commanded a lot of respect from Kenyans for their professionalism. They carried out their duties with gist and commandeered a lot of respect from Kenyans. But where did the rain start beating us?
The relationship between the National Police Service and the citizens is irreparable. They have handled us with inhumanity and disregarded respect to human life. We have seen how they have handled protectors who were exercising their duty of assembling & picketing as stated in the Constitution 2010. As if that's not enough, we have witnessed firsthand how they have taken instructions from "above" against Kenyans with different opinions from the powers that be. This can well be witnessed from the death of Albert Ojwang at Central Police Station and Mr. Onditi from Ndhiwa, Homabay County. This has attracted frying of the small fish as the whales go scotfree.
There's nothing good to say about DCI. A once respected organization thar protected the interests of Kenyans is now living in its shadows. From the widely recognized subarus, a 2024 Subaru Forestor with a KAA 030 plate, a total disregard to traffic laws. There have been speculations of a killer squad within the DCI and how they mistreat even leaders with a different opinion from the president. Is the DCI serving Kenyans or the president?
The NIS, an organization where I served with pride, was a once bespoke body. I served with grit & gratitude. But since this government came to power, they have been reduced to a pawn shop, often used to castigate, arrest, intimidate, and even maim anyone specifically against the president. Our mandate was to protect the sovereignty of Kenyans, mitigate any harm to our beautiful country Kenya, and not push the selfish agenda of some persons in power. The NIS has been painted black because of some few people who are not professionals.
Patriotism wants what's best for our country, which is good governance, which Kenysns are pushing for every day. We don't have to agree with our leaders on everything they say. We have our mandate, and we will work by them.
To NIS, @kdfinfo, @NPSOfficial_KE@DCI_Kenya , serve the people(Kenyans). Repair the relationship with Kenyans, the ones with no voice!
@KenyanSays Bwana if you look at mpesa to mpesa transaction charges per month is insane! Why not have @imbankke account, deposit all the money you wish to spend, and send to any Mpesa number COMPLETELY FREE!
@vdmempire This was prank on Larry Madowo. Truth is Larry does not know the lady and has never met her before. It was sponsored by Nivea to test how cool and patient one can get in tense situations.
