Don't miss your chance to own this ultra-rare CZ75 pistol made in honor of the 2500 Czechs who served in the RAF during WW2. It honors them by... looking like something out of a science fiction film, I guess.
The FINAL auction of the CZ 75 RAF Limited Edition has officially begun!
These five pistols are the last available examples in the world!

@Aella_Girl That just sounds like missing out on the absolute cutest time of their lives to me. I still have very fond memories of cuddling with by daughter as an infant, giving her baths in the basin sink, watching her explore things for the first time, etc. I miss it.
You just gotta seperate modern from medieval standards. Modern standard, this kid is probably too young to know what perfidy is, and arguably was so impotent in his ability that he posed to clear and present danger. Put a gun in his hands and it's a different story.
By medieval standards, kid looks like he's above the age of reason, possibly even old enough for Canon Law marriage. 15 and 16 year olds fought in battle all the time back then, younger than that they'd serve as camp aids and the like.
This is likely a clean kill by Westerosi standards.
Der Alte Fritz, The last Hohenzollern King of Prussia, known popularly as Frederick the Great.
Like Napoleon after him, he was one of the most famous Western military leaders in history to have never written a formal treatise on warfare. Instead, a compilation of formal military orders and instructions he made while King of Prussia, as well as personal reflections he had written for his successor, were collected and arranged in what we know today as "Frederick the Great On the Art of War".
I remember reading it for the first time working security at the front desk of a high rise condominium building in Silver Spring, MD. A woman with a British accent asked me why I was reading it, and I told her because I'd just finished "On War" by Clausewitz, and this seemed like a logical follow-up. She then attempted to clarify, saying she meant was I reading it for college or something. I told her no, it was purely out of personal interest. She looked momentarily confused, then muttered something about how you don't see Americans doing that often as she sauntered off.
I legitimately didn't know if I should feel offended or complimented, but it felt oddly apropos. A fairly consistent theme in these texts on strategy is to defeat your enemy without fighting, and here I couldn't even tell if I'd just been attacked.
Anyways, here's a bit about der Alte Fritz.

That is some deeply disturbing footage. I know you're focusing on having moved past it but I am so sorry that happened to you in the first place.
I tell a lot of people at their lowest points that there's a future version of themselves happy and content that they just need to catch up to. I'm glad you've caught up to that version of yourself. It takes real strength and resilience to do that.
@sapphirecyan333 Yep, external safeties are obsolete with proper training and, if children are present, storage. Just one more potential point of failure.
Nowhere near, I think the majority of female representatives in the U.S. have done so much more harm than good. But if the majority of women feel unsafe with men, then you can't blame them for wanting to seek a sense if safety elsewhere. Either meet the failing head on or continue to deal with this war between the sexes bullshit.
Soft was the evening // over sound and cedar,
clouds kept counsel // where the coast lay blue.
One lonely man // with the loud world beneath him
rose toward the west // where the wan sun burned.
Not thief of treasure // nor tyrant of halls,
but sorrow’s son // in a stolen star-bird;
laughing through fear // with the lake-light below,
lost, yet living // for one last flight.
The sky did not scorn him // though the earth could not hold him;
wind took his words // and the waves kept still.
No crown he carried // save cloud-fire fading,
no kingdom claimed // but a moment of blue.
May judgment be gentle // where grief has gathered.
May hard hearts soften // when his name is spoken.
For some men fall // not from wicked wanting,
but from wounds grown wide // in the wintered soul.
Rest now, Richard // where the rain meets sunlight;
may dawn find peace // where the dark once flew.
And may those yet aching // beneath our own rafters
hear hope call home // before the night takes wing.
Fly High, Sky King
@spaceghost Absolutely, on the opposite end I really couldn't believe people were using phrases like "Blue/All Lives Matter" and acting like it wasn't clearly antagonistic.
@sapphirecyan333 Look I honestly don't have enough money to be a legitimate gun snob so I settle for shoving this out of production pre-bankruptcy Remington in people's faces, cut me some slack.
