@GilderTek Dude, there is a town I frequent where, by law, bicyclists are allowed to FREELY CHOOSE whether they're Pedestrians or Road Vehicles. Can legit just say "pedestrian now, I'll go on sidewalk, use cross walk; I have right of way - okay now not, this don't walk sign doesn't matter"

I'm sure there are more - not saying it's common, just answering that its a thing and 30% isn't the worst.
