E quando X-Men Evolution não teve medo de adaptar a Sina, o grande amor da vida da Mística?

A Sina é uma mutante cega, com a capacidade de prever o futuro. Ela foi uma integrante original da Irmandade dos Mutantes da Mística.

Nos quadrinhos, desde os anos 80, Mística e Sina são apresentadas como um casal. A única razão pela qual isso não era explicitamente verbalizado era o rígido código de ética da época, que censurava qualquer representação homoafetiva. Ainda assim, sua relação era evidente: elas eram parceiras, cúmplices e mães.

Juntas, são as mães biológicas do Noturno, sim, a Mística engravidou da Sina, e também as mães adotivas da Vampira. Mesmo com essa importância narrativa, a maioria das adaptações ignorou completamente a existência da Sina. Nem os filmes, nem outras séries animadas tiveram coragem de explorar esse relacionamento entre duas mulheres.

Mas X-Men Evolution teve. A participação da Sina não foi tão grande, mas sua presença já significou muito mais do que qualquer outra adaptação dos X-Men havia feito até então.

This biggest difference between UXM and EXM for me is how well-written and fleshed out the new teens feel in EXM. Ewing has me care about this trio because she has invested time in to their characterizations, internal thoughts and motivations. I really love this book #xspoilers.

You can jump a ramp for the Potion or you can attempt the tile puzzle for the Full Restore...

Here in Pokemon Trick Biking Civilization, no one choses to jump for the Full Restore. It's better to be safe and jump a ramp for the Potion rather then risk your life for the restore.
