Suisui 3.5.3 Changes

• Added QoL enemy grouping (traction)
• Healing increased by 100x (her healing was previously too weak)
• Havoc Bane's DEF & RES Ignore changed from Inflict to Consume, meaning Chisa can no longer benefit from those Havoc Ignore buffs
• S2 changed from 40% Attribute DMG Bonus to 50% Crit DMG
Suisui received significant QoL and healing improvements, while her synergy with Chisa has been reduced. 👀🔥
