@Lurchi1904 @daniiel_s04 Risikoreich wie du vielleicht vermutest. Der Verein ist ja noch zu 100% in Mitglieder-Hand. Sollten sie ihr Ownership-Modell zu dem von bspw. den Bayern wechseln, wäre der Club alle Schulden sofort mehrfach los.. Ist natürlich die letzte Lösung. Aber das wäre möglich

@Lurchi1904 @daniiel_s04 Die Logik ist doch relativ simpel. Barca, sowie Goldman Sachs und wer da noch so alles involviert ist, haben das ja durchgerechnet, was sich lohnt und sicher ist. Sonst würden die ja nicht mehr als eine Milliarde ihres Geldes dafür geben... Zudem ist das ganze nicht sooo 1/2

Das die Wirtschaftlich dumme Scheiße unter Bartomeo gemacht haben, verneint glaube ich niemand.

Wo der Fehler bei Espai Barca ist, war mein Problem in deinem Argument.

@Lurchi1904 @daniiel_s04 Schulden für Investitionen sind etwas komplett anderes als Schulden durch schlechte Unternehmensführung.

Espai Barca soll alleine durch das Stadion pro Jahr etwa 300 Millionen extra einnehmen. Das ist daher ein wichtiger Teil für den Schuldenabbau. Schulden sind nicht böse...

So at least those are for both teams. The womens locker room should be directly opposite and as its similar in setup, id be confused if it wasnt at a similar stage.
