So we must leave home. go to work for more than 8 hours, eat, drink, hold it in all day and then come back to poop at home, so we are not considered "disgusting" by Sizwe Dhlomo, the poop monitor??
I don’t think people fully understand what’s happening in South Africa.
The Madlanga Commission is exposing difficult truths.
People are marching and demanding accountability.
Leaders like Dr. Nasiphi Moya are busy trying to turn municipalities around instead of making excuses.
Despite all the noise, South Africa keeps moving.
This is exactly why we must fight for this country.
Not because it’s perfect.
Because it’s ours.
The future of South Africa won’t be decided by those who complain the loudest.
It will be built by those who choose to fix it.

At workplace, you can usually tell who's miserable outside of work. They make work their entire personality!! Gossiping, bullying, sabotaging, dividing people and causing chaos because it's the only place they feel any sense of power. Outside of work, they're losers with nothing real going for them, so they cling to the little control they can get 🤷🏾♀️

Tried wearing a fur coat on Friday evening. Never again.
I spent the whole evening looking like a retired pimp who’d just come to collect outstanding debts.
This is a perfect example of how the powerful are rarely held accountable.
This man cheated on his wife publicly, had his America-based girlfriend harassing her, and exposed their minor children to the entire mess, taking another girlfriend to the marital home while the kids were there and even visiting her house with them.
He was also publicly disgraced for (allegedly) taking bribes from the Guptas.
Yet here we are praising him and demonising his wife.
There is a lady on TT talking about dipitso (callings). And she is so spot on man🥺.
A degree is a calling
Jobs are a calling
Marriage is a calling
Children of your own are a calling
Wealth is a calling
Etc
But somehow society has made it seem that we will ALL get ALL those things. It’s almost expected from us. And we won’t all get it because we are not all called to have it💔. Breaks my heart a little.
One thing I struggled to understand about Matipa was how she treated Joyce. She entered a marriage knowing there was already a wife and family, disrespected Joyce on many occasions, and believed Jonasi would eventually choose her over his first family.
What disappointed me the most was not her relationship with Jonasi, but her relationship with her own children. When things became difficult and the abuse started affecting her, she left. While no woman should stay in an abusive situation, she left her children behind and never seemed to check on them or maintain a relationship with them. The same Joyce she had caused so much pain was left to care for those children.
Years later, she returned with a new boyfriend, only for her children to barely recognize her. That was heartbreaking to watch. A mother’s love and presence should not depend on wealth, comfort, or circumstances. Whether times are good or bad, children need their mother.
For me, Matipa’s greatest failure was not being a second or third wife🫠it was abandoning her children and leaving someone else to carry the responsibility of raising them.
