@bt_uk 4 weeks now with no WIFI. And no sign of resolution. Every call to BT ends in “we’ll update you in 24 hours”. Required to work from home and can’t!! Shocking. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @Ofcom

@bt_uk We have been 3 weeks without broadband. I am required to work from home and have been unable to do so for 3 weeks!! Formal complaints get us nowhere. Engineers promised that never turn up. So NO IT IS NOT A BEAUTIFUL MORNING HERE. Please help!!!
