Actually worse than that: black grandmothers aren’t out robbing people, black toddlers aren’t out robbing people, old black men in nursing homes aren’t out killing people, the vast black prison population isn’t mugging people: It’s black males between the ages of 15-25—1% of the American population—that commit 56% of the homicides.

Now tell me again why we shouldn’t profile them?

The defense wanted it this way as a built-in reason to have the verdict set aside. THEY picked the all-white jury, the prosecution wouldn’t think of doing such a thing.
