The New York DOL has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The updated notice reflects an increase to the min wage for tipped workers. The tip credit for EEs under the Miscellaneous Industries Wage Order was reduced by 50% on June 30, 2020 and will be eliminated on 12/31/20020.

Family Leave Insurance
The New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development has released a new Family Leave Insurance notice. As of July 1, 2020, employees may take up to 12 weeks of continuous family leave or 56 days of intermittent family leave.
