@SarahSawler Posted 2 minutes before closing? Hope it was after you had a chance to fully explore. I hear they've added pieces since I visited last year, including a fire truck they were working on at the time. And I think the "caveman" art was in progress.
Ended up visiting this cemetery in 2016 when doing a multi-cache. My notes from then suggest the grass was last mowed in the 1700s. Great to see the restoration work being done. Thanks for the article.
Do you know who is buried at the Old Parish Burying Ground? I didn't so I took a walk... (The number of children from the 1800s is chilling.)

Cruising HWY 316 Long Cove, Guysborough County when my passenger exclaims they spotted a pink flamingo out in the water.
Me: Pink flamingo!? Surely you meant, stork, crane, or heron?
Passenger: Nope, pink flamingo.
Turned the vehicle around to win an easy bet.
I lost the bet.
Instantly thought of @Tony_JV's "change table chronicles" when encountering this in the unisex washroom at Harbour View Bakery and Café, Canso. If this remote location can whip together something like this then no business in #Halifax should have an excuse.
"Oldest Twins" - 1958 newspaper clipping found in a scrapbook at the Goldenville Interpretive Centre while exploring mining history. Cousins of giantess Ms. Annie Swan. Wonder the accuracy of the oldest twins claim. #Stewiacke

Instead of ugly construction fencing, this site on Rue Dalhousie, Old Quebec, tells a complete story of a boy sent to the fish market by his mom but runs into some troubles. Spoiler: The cat loses the fish to a seagull.
Conversion of King Louis XIV bust to a snow globe, Old Quebec. A subconscious cooling effect during the heat wave. What would be your prime candidate in Halifax for something similar @Cove17 ?
