@theashleyray @user4019630626 As someone who is involved with hiring and sees resumes for roles, absolutely not. You have to review hundreds and hundreds of resumes and if I see low effort bullshit anywhere, it’s usually a skip. A honed, quality resume catches attention MUCH better

Telling people to do that is just a waste of their time. Only ever do a cover letter if there’s something that needs explaining on your resume, eg job gap
