@Mango It has been over 7 hours since I sent a DM to @Mango as requested, and silence. They also responded to my formal complaint, saying exactly the same thing their CS agent said. I, as the customer, has to pay for an error they made. Lessons learned to avoid @Mango like the plague

I've just ordered my first and last item from @Mango UK's online store. Because how did i order just one item, waited 15 days to pick it up from their store and it was the wrong item. Despite it being their mistake, they are telling me they cannot deliver the correct item (1/X)

@Mango To my house, and that i would have to go pick up the replacement again from their store which is over 30 minutes one way for me. Their customer service reps either do not care or @Mango just has really shit policies that means the customer pays for their errors.
