You will die. 😰 I know. It sucks, and it isn’t a cool ‘succes’ story for social media.
However, once you become conscious of this, your life inevitably changes:

Memento mori - ’Remember death’.

Are you willing to die 💀 , in order to grow? 😕
I am... Because I know this:

Change requires the death of the old self and a transformation to the new self. It takes time and the path is full of obstacles.

This is the essence of the Hero’s journey. Also known as the ‘monomyth’

The interesting part is that both a Hero and a Villain will have this journey.
There is a difference however:

🧟‍♂️ The Villain will be reborn and turn sour. Resenting his death. Blaming others for the failure.

🤴 The Hero will use the death and rebirth to grow stronger. Learning.

💚 3) The grass is green where you water it.

- Put your #attention where you want to flourish, not on where others are #flourishing.

It’s easy to get #discouraged by seeing others - who are further on a path and do amazing things.
Here are three #reminders to myself to stay focussed on walking my own (writing experiment) #path.

💚 1) Be #inspired. Not discouraged.

- Find great #people and #connect. #Digitally or in person.

💚 2) The path you walked is #inspiring to others.

- Like: creating a successful purpose driven business, rewarded by given a #TEDx talk, or: co-founding 8 #startups, failing 5, #learning a lot from those #mistakes.
