@FinCon There's plenty of how-to instructionals out there to help with that. Understand it takes more time initially to train someone to do what you do and get the intended result. What takes you 1 hr to do can take 25 hrs to train. Then you're off to the races.

@FinCon If you're podcasting, you should be creating shownotes for your distribution channels already. Rework and expand the shownotes into a blog post. Test performance on social and improve until you've got content with legs. Now you have a formula/process to offload to someone else.
