BREAKING: CAN’T STOP WINNING! Democrats win crucial special election and keep control of the Michigan state Senate in a VERY bad sign for Republicans!

In a closely watched special election, Democrat Chedrick Greene, a Saginaw firefighter, defeated his Republican opponent and secured the seat, allowing Democrats to maintain their slim majority in the Michigan Senate.

The victory is both practical and symbolic.

It keeps Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s agenda from being blocked and sends a clear message that Democrats are holding the line even in competitive, blue-collar districts that Trump won in 2024.

Republicans had hoped flipping the seat would create a deadlock in the Senate, but voters said no.

This continues a strong trend for Democrats in special elections since Trump took office. They are winning seats and showing real momentum ahead of the 2026 midterms.

While Republicans try to rig maps and push extreme agendas, voters in Michigan just reminded everyone that they’re paying attention, and they’re not happy with the chaos coming out of Washington.

@timruss2 Democrats will subpoena them to testify as to what they know. If rhey refuse, then they csn be charged with obstruction, and tried, and possibly convicted.

Each refusal to testify about a specific matter would be a separate chargeable count.
