@americanexpress has the worst customer service ever. Called in multiple ones and have had to wait on average 15 minutes each time. Account manager never picks up the phone

@americanexpress has the worst customer service ever. Suspended my account without having provided any reasoning. Have called in multiple times and had to wait an average of 15 minutes each time to get a hold of someone. Account manager never picks up the phone.
