@KSandberg23 Mine loved being given the reins to call pitches when the coach was chatting with coaches (showcase-type settings). She’d keep a running record (in her head) of any base runners, ERs while she was calling vs the coach. 🤣Fun times. Invaluable lessons. @GloryGuy99

@ESPN_Schick And of course the pure joy we saw on his brother’s face as he knew what had just occurred. THIS is one of the greatest sports moments those boys will remember. THESE moments are what the game is all about. Win or lose, it’s ok to celebrate the ups of others.

@ESPN_Schick I really loved everything about this moment. From when they first showed mom at the start of the at bat, swelled eyes, videoing what was presumably his last college at-bat…..to the sweet moment of seeing his parents celebrate together and with family/friends that surrounded.

Have we ever really heard anything negative come out of his mouth? Even when he’s not sugarcoating something, he’s still kind.
