This took me two hours to type - it's the most accurate account I can give of what has worked in the AI era and led to us raising $1.3M @ $20M. First article. Hopefully you come out with a clearer direction over what is working. I'm here for any questions. https://t.co/aW2RPTrrjS
Well there you have it folks. If you follow that thread, you should get a better understanding than 99% of entrepreneurs when it comes to the correct path to follow for your own personal AI journey and why we just walked the entire thing in front of you and figured out all the mistakes.
Hopefully it makes you realise why you should trust your extremely valuable time in us as people and helps you understand how much value we are giving away as we unlock the doors.
For as many random posts I have posted, this has been by far the most important and valuable π°
I'm sure 99% of you will go past this unnoticed and that's fine - I wasn't trying to talk to you anyway!
The third piece of advice I was going to give you, after telling you how to EASILY CREATE AN APPLICATION around and idea or service as a none-technical person. Then I told you how you can EASILY VALIDATE YOUR IDEA without any excuses.
I'm saving Gatsby, our final secret tool, for @Renaissancefree members.
The Renaissance is an environment, tucked inside the internet that will make some of the greatest businesses and individuals shine in the AI era.
When we called it The Renaissance, we believe it, just like the period of rapid transformation from the 14th century to the 17th century where specific inventions changed the period. Da Vinci, Galileo etc.
We think the same thing is happening as we speak and in a world where software becomes easy your network becomes far more important. The opportunity just compounds over and over.
Your influence, your authority on topics, your track record. These things matter and creating a reputable business profile for your business and personal brand inside our community will unlock doors to opportunities far faster than remaining solo or in the hands of some of these communities on social media.
Launching a business on Product Hunt lasts a day and the dopamine dies.
Joining The Renaissance is an on-going collective meant to guide you as you up-skill your business acumen and AI skills over YEARS and massively increase your potential as a human being to make a dent in the universe.
So let me tell you...
HOW TO FINALLY JOIN:
Go to https://t.co/9q4dKMgxzX
Stage 0:
Play the onboarding game which is hilarious by the way. It has been made to test your basic basic basic tech skills. A 10 year old should be able to game their way through.
It has also be made to completely shut out 99% of bots. No bots, no spam, just a purely passionate community for up-skilling in AI and maintaining an edge agains the market.
STAGE 1: Complete Initiation
An equally hilarious yet totally different way of progressing through.
- (first slightly boring) Put in a profile picture so we know who you are. Free membership can be anon, paid is not anonymous. Anon we find is eventually worse for networking in our professional circles and we'd rather teach you the path anyway if you're new.
- THEN play our πAMAZING VOICE BOT CONCIERGE πwhich actually serves a genuine purpose and is the second time I've installed one of these in a place I actually think is valuable in the world.
This tech is justtttt breaking into the commercial market and it will be fun for you to try it. The best part is that it collects all the information required to do a basic vetting of why you're here, and then fills out your idea in way more character than you would be bothered to write out in a normal community. SO PEOPLE ACTUALLY GET TO KNOW WHAT YOU DO.
- Edit any of the explanation of your business our voice bot generates and hit initiate. We will do a basic vetting of you and if you aren't a bot and are generally passionate about AI or your work, we will accept you in as a free member.
BOOM YOU'RE IN.
STAGE 2:
The doors open up, new pages become available.
Now you have access to two rooms:
1) Voices - built like Club House with the ability to hold private discussions backed by AI technology that makes learning and up-skilling interactive and convenient. We'll be bringing in some big names from global enterprises to talk inside this space as well as start ups from all walks of life to talk about their journey.
You're welcome to join a voice chat and speak about the rest of the application, or get advice over how you should approach the next step:
2) Roast - here is your real test. You say you want to keep learning? The fastest way to learn is feedback. We let you list your application for free in our Roast room and allow a number of players to user test your app and do their best to Roast it.
If you successfully prove inside the Roast room that you have fixed the roasts and made the changes, we know you are the type of person that is committed to optimising and improving, and your app will be ready for Stage 3.
STAGE 3:
The Marketplace π€π°
Now we know you're a regular person, you're hard working, and you're willing to get roasted, we want to invite you to list your app for free on our marketplace.
If it's good, our community will upvote it and it will rise to the top.
If it does not get upvotes, you should put it back in the Roast page and ask exactly why. This will give you user testing feedback you might be missing and you can repeat this cycle of continuous improvement.
Members can message you directly from inside of the marketplace and can also form agreements and deals to partner on a wider basis, maybe wanting to sell in your application into their customer base.
The apps are categorised by the department that they would impact or the consumer they would target. Maintaining your app in the marketplace allows you to actively rank against 'competitors' aka your friends in the community that have just made a better app than you / probably worked harder.
This is the most fair I can think of for us to both grow an incredibly exciting business network and technology accelerator.

So guys, yes we have been busy.
I hope you understand why we are the team to guide you through these next stages of your journey.
We have done our 10,000 hours and condensed it for you. So you can choose to build alone and run in circles, or accelerate through our network and grow as an individual.
Now I've just spent the best part of 2 hours typing all of this out. It's time to turn it into some short form material to the ones that dropped off after the second sentence get a chance.
The next piece of advice I can give you, the first having been to use Eureka if you're none-technical and want to build and iterate on your app in the world's easiest set up.
The second piece of advice to the builders / makers / whatever we're calling ourselves, is how to validate if your idea is any good, or quite frankly, if you are any good at selling (and might be the problem), which is pretty important to find out fast by the way.
Limitless can scan your landing page and extract the value proposition of your business, in deep, accurate detail that gives you a great place to edit from. It brings together your target audiences, campaign suggestions and recommend target companies... we're just going to keep going here... the buying committee contacts and intel packs that tell you how to approach the circle of buyers inside of the company in the correct way. Includes high intent, highly research first templates for your first emails to act more as an introduction of someone of value rather than a cold email spammy annoyance.
The fact is, if you manage to hit someone at a certain time in their life, with a particular pain they need resolving, and an email drops in front of them, there's a good chance it works - it's also a great force to navigate into high value industries faster and with more prep and research, which actually builds your character.
Where the majority have gone wrong in the past, is that they have used huge bulk email senders / agencies for their outreach right at the beginning of their journey.
These agencies promise that it's incredibly cheap to hit all your TAM, and you probably spend $2,000 a month with them and they trap you into some dodgy contract, spammy lists and awful outreach and project experience. In like 10 years I've only ever had a few unfortunate experiences of this and hopefully ew never again.
Limitless solves this by making it incredibly cheap for you to target your top 100 dream companies yourself, or to use our service to help you navigate through the whole buying journey, acting as an independent consultant team to keep you understanding how your go-to-market is developing as you get put in new situations.
It's just data scraping. We don't really want to make the money there. We want to make money really when we close you deals on large projects. These are the golden partnerships, where you work on a performance basis for them and get fast results with good people.
You can run the thing as an entire managed service and we just handle it all. Or you can take more control of the messaging, individual emails, CRM management, follow ups etc, it's totally flexible.
Once again, I think eventually we'll all end up building similar things so I would really recommend just learning how to build this stuff as you're going through it, it just gives you such a deeper perspective on where it's heading and why you should be so excited.
But anyway - that is literally how you are able to drop the excuses and start testing if you can generate attention and interest in the right direction with 3 wasted years of messing around, more like 30 minutes if you actually had the drive to start.
The best part: because they're you're top 100, you don't even need to wait for domains to warm, even though we do provide this, but if you already have a well set up google workspace or microsoft whatever, you can literally start the same day.
So no more excuses - you could literally get on the momentum train tomorrow. This helps us prove that the only blocking force to you getting going is you (WHICH IS INCREDIBLY NORMAL WHEN DEVELOPERS TRY TO SELL), and how do you blast through that? Turns out its practice, the right feedback loops & support.
I'm actually just going to transcribe this because I'm lazy and feel like it's the easiest way to get this across - minimal edits as well - I've got to do 3 of these. Let's take a look at our Eureka product for just a second and realize what it does.
You start on a page where you talk to a voice bot for about five minutes with the most basic conversation that extracts the key bits of information that are needed to get the best possible for turning your idea into deployed and secure, revenue generating software. All you know a 'It's an X that does X for X' business to get started.
We handle literally everything, the entire app deployment, hosting, domains, keeping it live, regular security scans you name it. We're talking hours for your MVP full app, and then probably three days to hook it all up, find all the edge cases, and secure it with your payment systems. These are the general things that you need to get off the ground with your app, because that's what you're shooting for right at the beginning.
This then creates your app and places it in a preview for you to look at. We call this a non-technical cockpit because you can just sit in this view and preview your application and play with it inside of this screen. You can just click that button that says Add, or if you want to get real fancy, you can click on Advanced and click Bug. There are quite a few other features, to be fair, but we have quite literally stripped away every single need for technicality.
What's happening is that, on the backend, we're taking your request, passing it through our intelligence system, and it's then producing a number of prompts that sit inside of skill packages that we have created. It is able to then build exactly what you're trying to build up to a much greater detail and way more aspirational than your current prompts are going to allow you to.
You've also got to realize that we're using Fable 5 and ChatGPT 5.6 Ultra for 5 to 10 runs at the very start of creating your app. If you're just trying to code with some little coding editor like 4.8 and you're just going one prompt at a time, we'll catch you in 10 years.
We are coding things for fun now, we have literally coded a 3D world assembly line that tracks every request that comes through from all of the different users that are using Eureka on a conveyor belt. It's fully immersive and multiplayer, and the team can sit in there laughing at it. This illustraites that we have built so much software we are now onto making it more experiential and engaging, hence the voice agent to onboard which works incredibly well.
Anyway, that's how it works. The example that I'm showing you below, funnily enough, is my personal trainer. He signed me up and basically gave me an Excel spreadsheet, and I was kind of just like, "Oh, nah, let's just build an app." We just built one really quickly. It's so unbelievably better for tracking your macros and health, and now we're literally just going to work on it together.
I want you to use this product but I think it's more important that you also learn how to build product just like this.
Solo building is cool but wait until you hire a team.
Find the right people and the fun just extrapolates infinitely (the opposite is also true if you hire wrong).
Gassed up to train the next 5 squad members at doja as we move in our new office in Manchester this month.
What does my company actually do and why you should care?
Iβve had plenty of DMs on this.
We have 3 flagship pieces of software:
1) Eureka - managed service that builds apps in 3 days.
2) Limitless - managed GTM service that builds your audience lists instantly, researches your targets, finds the entire buying committee contact details, creates extremely high intent outreach scripts for email, LinkedIn and dialling - managing the end to end of meeting booking.
3) Gatsby - creates incredibly accurate and grounded personal research on humans you are about to talk to. Who are they? What should you say? Why should you say it? Why should you work together? Why should they close with you?
These products are so advanced that I am being forced to create The Renaissance as a way to upskill individuals so you can learn in two weeks how to do work in two minutes.
I have seen first hand how AI was the driving force towards all of the major gains Iβve had in my life so far.
The Renaissance collective/community/members club, whatever you want to call it is my test of seeing if I can really impart what Iβve taught my team (and work) onto other entrepreneurs, builders, makers, students, dreamers to kick start their life and take a bit more control inside this era.
Those of you that deeply read my posts and donβt just interact for the sake of engagement will benefit most.
I give a lot of shit away for free to people I just want to work with more. Itβs the easiest way to grow a network when you have the systems and resource to do it.
Any, you know what time it nearly is 11pm, and weβre building tonight. The faster I do this the faster you start actually gaining momentum.
Honestly itβs still extremely fun not to have a βjobβ, even though itβs been 5 years, and just to be able to completely control your own time. I hope I can get others to this stage and we all have a laugh and make some Β£$
Huge feature to finish the night π¨π
Finished off the night by integrating a voice agent into @Renaissancefree so you can easily extract out your idea and save you a bunch of profile admin.
It's also crazy experiential and we've had very good feedback from users on Eureka over this.
You will have to go through this, and it will form your initiation request.
You can edit your request before submitting, and then we'll pass you once we vet you're not a bot.
Open to early access users to test tomo.
βοΈ night
Also in tandem during this I built in a Marketplace so you can list your app, mvp, service, whatever you want to call it inside of the @Renaissancefree .
We'll pick a lottery each month and just randomly buy someone a first user then test their product in a live session together.
Other people can message you directly if they're interested in your app.
Interesting little biz dev addition.
Opening to builders, designers, developers, any one with a particular craft in a niche area, and you are pretty passionate (and decent) at it relative to others.
Ok so here are the results: Finished with 5 minutes to spare πβ
--
tl;dr: I can now use any landing page to create a whole range of digital assets and high quality video explainers, extremely accurate to their value prop.
--
So I can now map out, plan, create, edit and iterate an entire generative explainer video for any feature or page or need inside of any business, or create the strategy and onboarding context that is required to create a bunch of digital assets that are needed to have better 'distribution'.
This should work for most styles you're thinking of, this one is kinda boring solid quality for AI.
This has all now been made available in a new page called Onboard for early access members.
The context captured by the onboarding into @Renaissancefree can be used to scan your landing page first to tell you how to improve it. It even creates the wireframe code and preview of the exact artefact + can download the code or file for your project.
Once you're happy your landing page is up to scratch and passes the test, it is analysed for context in creating the deeper contextual briefs for all of these assets you need to create to get a buyer to understand what you have created and why they should buy it.
You can whip up one of these up (for the like 15 assets you need) and start introducing them in conversations as easier explainers. You don't have to be Steven Spielberg to convey a quick message, and you can also add a lot of satire into it I bet.
One prompt is creating minutes worth of video, that can be instantly iterated upon. Explainers, How To's, Training Sessions, Internal Updates, Ads and Promos π
The hard part wasn't producing the video, it was capturing all of the accurate context about the business and the angle you're trying to speak into.
This is what we at doja are particularly good at and what we direct when we teach people how to build in @Renaissancefree .
I've attached the video that was generated that is explaining a page in our app where you can discuss posts across different social media and try and catch some early trends. Your X bookmarks are probably littered with gold and a consensus helps decides if its with pursuing.
That page / feature is quite a hard thing to try and convey to you over X in a a text post. I think the video at least makes you think about it more.
I'd go off on a series of next iterations like the voice being a bit slow, more images and motion graphics, and slightly less cringey language, and maybe a bit of satire.
fyi - the video that has been generated hasn't had case studies prompted, these are fictional and just for show.
Woah look at the time, 23:18.
----
tl;dr: I genuinely reckon in 3 hours I will have built a tool that will do more for your distribution than you have been trying for the last 6 months.
----
Perfect for 3 hours of building a tool that allows members of @Renaissancefree to scan their landing page and have it scored against our rubric to analyse how buyers are percieving the service / app.
It's then going to recommend a series of digital assets you can use for your onboarding, the training videos (including contextual guides and scripts) you should be creating for your library (with the option to generate AI avatars to explain it), and all things from brochures to podcasts and intelligent ways to get people to understand what the hell you do and why you do it so well.
I hear that everyone needs help with distribution, what I'm really hearing is that people do not understand the process a buyer goes through when first coming across your product, then convincing them to purchase, solidifying the agreements, demonstrating security, and quickly getting the product in their hands and producing quantifiable and obvious results.
I think because you are unable to explain this to the average buyer, you are not supplying enough relevant action driving material that actually convinces someone that you are worth their time.
Most just repeat things like DMs and follow ups and think that is distribution.
You guys want to get serious and we'll literally build in project forecasting models so you can approach technology teams like we do with a project management structure that gets you through an enterprise buyer effectively with a fantastic plan (but this will only for some of you right now).
And I'll be very happy to see it work for you all.
Start the clock β°
I'm tempted to jump start our community with a virutal hackathon event, where the winner gets $1000.
+ we'll introduce you to our network of investors and angel groups...
Any interest?
