We've had some grrreat training focusing on grappling and groundwork in our classes!
The ground is a vulnerable position for self defence so we need to have tools and skills we can use should we ever end up there.
The sunshine was a bonus for our outdoors class!

It's Friday! The end of a busy week of training. This week we have been looking at defending attacks from hands and legs and striking 👊👊

Good work from the RKM crew this week building up dynamic drills and adding in more resistance.

Congratulations to instructor Judyta on successfully completely the KMG Women's Instructor Course in France!

This course focuses on the specific type of problems women may face and gives instructors the skills and tools to teach them better.

This week our classes have been focused on defending knives. With knives we want to create distance.

We welcomed in some new beginners with the start of an intro course and our regular members have been revising and summarising skills learnt in the last few weeks. 👊
