Today we invited Professor David Roberts to @RendcombCollege to deliver a lecture to Year 10/11 and the Sixth Form Literature students. Ranging from villainy to rhetoric, through imagery and interpretation...it was a fascinating further insight in to #Shakespeare's world.
A hugely enjoyable @CheltLitFest visit today - so superb to have Year 8-11 and the Sixth Form Lit students hearing, and participating, in excellent workshops from @theLucyStrange and @lukewrightpoet to @YomiSode and @ManonSteffanRos...just wonderful!
@RendcombCollege It was great to host them for the day - taking Shakespeare off the page is essential for enjoyment, engagement, and building lifelong enthusiasm. Huge thanks to @threeinchfools for such a brilliant experience.
