The rest of the Quidditch day involved making potions in science, witches and wizard hats in art and team games in Forest School 🌳 what an exciting and busy day @RendcombCollege
Year 5&6 house teams! Fantastic teamwork was demonstrated when each team had to create one rule to either hinder the other teams or help their own team! @RendcombCollege
Year 5&6 immersed themselves in the competitive game of Quidditch, becoming Beaters throwing bludgers, Chasers throwing quaffles; we even had Keepers and children being the incredibly quick and hard to catch, golden snitch! @RendcombCollege
Netball was our sport of the week in multi sports for years 1&2 @Rendcombjuniors Great shooting, passing and catching, thinking about not moving our feet with the ball!
Y4-6 were incredibly lucky to see the inspiring @katherinerundell talk about her brilliant book ‘Impossible Creatures’ at @cheltenhamliteraturefestival
Years 1-6 @RendcombCollege had a wonderful day building fairground rides in their Lego robotics workshop with @hyetteducation. Some of these rides look rather intense!
@CrickladeManor Thanks for hosting a great festival today; our U8&9s all had a brilliant afternoon of hockey and played their socks off! Well done, girls 👏🏼 @Rendcombjuniors@RendcombCollege
A super afternoon of hockey for the U10s. Two great goals, two great saves, lots of great passes and oodles of team spirit @Rendcombjuniors Well done, girls!
Y4-6 pupils @RendcombCollege went to the @CheltLitFest today. @philearle & #LesleyParr inspired them to keep enjoying reading and writing by telling them about their new books “Until The Road Ends” and “Where The River Takes Us.” They also loved meeting the authors in person!
@WelshDragonParr our Junior pupils @RendcombCollege loved meeting you @CheltLitFest today. One of our pupils had bought your latest book first thing and was already on chapter 2 by the time you got to sign her book! Thank you for inspiring our pupils. 📖
