@apexdevtracker Sadly, I don't believe anything happens when a user submits an appeal. But if you find a solution I would be happy to try it. I'm like 7 or 8 appeals in and nothing from the TOS team

Sorry @HiddenJuJuBeast. I was banned on Feb 12. I've reached out to @EAHelp and even the customer service for EAC. #contacttos. submitted proof of the applications and processes running at the time of the ban.. 8 appeals to the TOS team. Response: "We looked....still banned". Seems like a black box at this point with no help around for @PlayApex false bans
