Our systems are rotting from the inside out. The most powerful people in this country are profiting off our pain, our division, and our disconnection from one another.

This is, at its root, a spiritual crisis. And it will require a spiritual solution.

Trans people aren't taking away our healthcare. Undocumented people aren't defunding our schools. It's the billionaires and their puppet politicians

Elon Musk is about to become the first trillionaire. He's about to make more money than every elementary school teacher in America combined. Do we really believe one man is worth more than every elementary school teacher?

Why do we have a trillionaire when there are kids without enough to eat, cancer patients going bankrupt, and veterans sleeping on the street?

I'm all for success, but this is not success. This is hoarding. What leads a person to accumulate more money than they could possibly spend in 100 lifetimes when there are people starving in this one?

What we can do is tax trillionaires out of existence and use that money to guarantee food, healthcare, and housing for every single American.

Scripture reminds us that faith without works is dead — the time for thoughts and prayers is over. It's time for us to act.

The American people deserve to know the whole truth about Jeffrey Epstein and every single powerful person who enabled him — every name, every flight log, every cover-up, all of it.

The White House and congressional Republicans are hiding the Epstein files. These are the same politicians who call librarians groomers and call their political opponents pedophiles.

To be clear, if there is a Democrat on that list, I will be the first to call for their prosecution. If there's one thing we should all be able to agree on, it's that no one, including the President of the United States, should be able to cover up crimes against children.

Right now we have politicians in Congress with ‘Christ follower’ in their Twitter bios, but they are kicking the sick off their healthcare.

It is estimated that 51,000 Americans will die needlessly because of Republicans’ health care cuts. That's 51,000 flesh and blood human beings. That's a moral crime.

In the wealthiest country in human history, no one should die because they can't afford their health insurance. We as lawmakers have a special obligation to heal people, not make them sicker.
