I've been waiting for over 25 minutes to speak with an NCB customer care representative about unlocking my RSA token. I'm very annoyed. I need to pay my bills on time so I can get the $250 discount the companies offer. @ncbja I'm not happy.

Alot of the persons who are saying the kids should go back to school because online is not working are the ones who are contributing to the rise in the covid cases. They are the ones not cooperating with teachers or trying to encourage the kids to make best of what is available

People keep saying "the children need to go back to school, they are getting 'dunce'... Should they go back to school when the cases are so high? Online is not perfect, neither is f2f but if we work together to fight the pandemic we can all get what we want.
