Are people “vulnerable”, or have they become feral? My EMS wife was swarmed last night at a housing-first shelter, ppl tried to punch her as she saved a man from overdose. Who holds antisocial “vulnerable” people to account when front lines are slammed and courts don’t care?

Instead of celebrating resilience, why don't we just give folks the supports they need so they don't have to be resilient to begin with?
