@ICICIDirectcare agent called me at 4:30 AM UK and disturbed me in my sleep. I hope you have world clock in your call centres before you call NRI. You can call me between 10 am to 5 PM UK. When I called NRI phone # and spoke agent, they most unhelpful and unable to resolve simple issue.

@ICICIDirectcare I just called NRI ICICI direct and spoke to agent Sumyugdha. She was not helpful and advised them at social media team is taking care of issue and will call back. 😟 I want my address correctly updated with Central KYC and all updated docs is with ICICI…really lack of ownership.
