Today AJ and I became empty nesters a second time around as we celebrate with our daughter, Elizabeth, in Kansas City, MO upon entering medical school. We are so proud of the perseverance and drive she has shown us in pursuing her dream!

Ss enjoyed a 2nd day solving practice problems in Accel. Math and presenting their screen to their classmates during our Google meeting. They were able to ask questions and look for misconceptions. A fun way to end our Friday V-Learning! #Armstrong #54StepsUp

Ss learned all about supply and demand when they set up a pretend market buying and selling pretend apples!

Ss were on cloud 9 when they found out we were using VR goggles to kick off our next Literacy Unit: Weather and Climate. We learned all about the different types of clouds to build background knowledge for analyzing the poem“Fair Weather Clouds” & other text.

Once again Ss in Rm 217 really stepped up to the challenge and brought out their creative spirits spreading kindness and holiday cheer by making holiday cards for our community members at Hoffman Estates Park District!

Armstrong Ss were amazing today as they really stepped up to show their commitment working as a team and making a difference in others lives packing food for Feed My Starving Children!
