Three years ago, a hate-filled, anti-Semitic gunman took the lives of 11 people in the synagogue attack in Squirrel Hill. Please join me in honoring the victims of that senseless attack, and may we stand together and unite against hate, division, and white supremacy.

The Health Department urges residents to protect themselves from mosquitoes by getting rid of standing water in yards, making sure that open windows and doors have screens, and using insect repellent on
exposed skin.
The Allegheny Co. Health Dept. will be conducting mosquito treatment in Wilkinsburg and surrounding East End communities tonight from 8pm-11pm. This is in response to recent mosquito samples collected from this area testing positive for West Nile Virus.
These crews will use a mosquito pesticide called
Zenivex E20 that is not harmful to humans or pets in hopes of lowering the local mosquito population and
minimize the risk of human transmission.
