When a person is trying to stabilize their life, gov't shouldn't stand in the way.
Without an ID, people can't:
- Apply for a job or housing
- Enroll in college
- Open a bank account
For these reasons, I’ll continue to support measures that promote fairness for all.
As is tradition, I hosted the annual @MAHomeless

Honored to be at Friendly House’s Legislative Breakfast in Worcester. We ought to be doubling down on support for education, housing, nutrition assistance, and social services in this country.
It’s become fashionable and popular in Washington to beat up on those who are struggling to get ahead, but organizations like Friendly House show us a different way forward. Thank you for all you do.
