I am disappointed that almost a month since President Trump ended Syria’s designation as a state sponsor of terrorism, @BISGov still has not removed export controls on Syria. Syria continues to be placed in country list E, the only country in this group that is not a state sponsor of terrorism, hurting American companies and jobs which want to invest in Syria.

Hopeful that updated guidance can come out of @BISGov soon implementing Pres Trump’s vision to give Syria a chance!

Grateful for the leadership of @RepWalberg and the overwhelming, bipartisan House passage of H.R. 8775, the 'Ending Predator Access to Union Power Act.' This commonsense legislation prohibits individuals convicted of sex offenses against minors from holding leadership positions in labor organizations. Union power should never be exploited by those who have committed serious offenses against children.

Ukraine has killed a Russian General who once served as vice-commander of Russian forces in #Syria.

"Hero of Russia", his name appears in Russian sources between 2015 & 2022 as the deputy commander of the Russian expeditionary force deployed to Syria in support of Assad.

He then took part in the invasion of Ukraine in the summer of 2022.

It appears Lt. General Milchakov was killed in an Ukrainian missile strike in Donetsk on 26th August - but he was only identified today.

We stand with our partners in Saudi Arabia against the hateful Houthi aggression.

If the Mecca Alliance means anything then Turkiye and Pakistan must work with Saudi Arabia to destroy the foreign Houthi terrorists and liberate Yemen from Iran.
