Tammy and I, and our children, are incredibly saddened to learn of the passing of our dear friend, colleague, and partner in government, @LtGovOliver.

We ask that you all keep the Oliver family and all those who loved her in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
Today, the Senate passed HB 80 requiring that doula services be covered by Medicaid in Delaware, sending the bill to the Governor's desk. DHA supports HB 80 as doulas have a positive impact on the health outcomes of mothers and their babies. Thank you @repminor & @Marie4Senate !
Weโre witnessing history on Capitol Hill โ by unanimous consent. The first woman to be elected President Pro Tempore of the Senate.
Congrats to you, Patty. I look forward to continuing our work together.
