@flushingtenant They shouldn’t be allowed to end the tenancies without reasonable notice and shouldn’t be able to do so at all if there’s still time on a mutually agreed to lease.
@QueenHer11@natty_dick@daily_doseoftru Bernie was/is beloved because he’s from Cleveland & embraced the city. People, myself included, were excited when he was drafted. He just showed he’s further away from being a QB1 than I would have thought. If he can help them win, great. If not, move on and wish him well.
@BrutalAsBucs@Rob_Shenanigans You keep a guy on your roster for upside if he’s improving. You don’t play a guy for upside. If they’re going for just upside they’d play Taylen Green, not Shedeur Sanders.
@nychudsonwest@NYCMayor@ZohranKMamdani@NYGov@NJGov@FWC26NYNJ@Roadto26usa@ericadamsfornyc I didn’t say it didn’t increase. I said it became more affordable.
Those “increases” badly trailed inflation, meaning tenants are paying less in real dollars, all while operating costs rose faster. That defunding is driving warehousing and the deterioration of the homes.
@drg44109@MLFootball@JHopkinsSD@REFLOG18@Gbush91@brownsfanuk@NickPedone12 That’s how they’re projected. Never a guarantee. Could also bring in Jacoby Brissett next year. He’s already around where Shedeur’s optimal ceiling is. And then you could keep developing Green plus have all of those picks.
